Wagering Rules

The provisions contained in these ''Wagering Rules'' are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of any person seeking to rely on these Wagering Rules to ensure that they are making reference to the most recent version of our Wagering Rules by visiting the WinnersBet Website.
Where they appear in these General Terms & Conditions, the following terms and expressions have the meaning attributed to them in this Clause:
1. "Customer" means a registered holder of an WinnersBet Customer Account.
2. "Customer Credentials" means your WinnersBet User ID and Password.
3. "WinnersBet Platform" means, collectively, each of WinnersBet''s wagering channels including the:
  1. WinnersBet Website;
  2. WinnersBet Mobile Site; and
  3. WinnersBet Mobile App.
4. "WinnersBet Rules" means any rules from time to time promulgated by WinnersBet in respect of the WinnersBet Platform and its use, and include:
  1. The General Terms & Conditions; and
  2. These WinnersBet Wagering Rules.
5. "WinnersBet Website" means our wagering website located at www.winnersbet.com.au.
Any references to "you" or "your" in these General Terms & Conditions is a reference to an WinnersBet Customer.
Any references to "we", "us" or "our" in these General Terms & Conditions is a reference to WinnersBet.
By opening an WinnersBet Customer Account, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out hereunder and the WinnersBet General Terms & Conditions.
These 'Wagering Rules' shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Laws of the State of Victoria. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Rules, WinnersBet and the Customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
You agree that it is your responsibility to pay any tax or duty imposed on you by any competent authority in connection with your wagering activity.

WinnersBet makes all reasonable efforts to operate the WinnersBet platform fairly and justly, and to provide services in promptly, accurately, and in good faith.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinnersBet excludes all warranties (express or implied) relating to its wagering business and shall not have any liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by any Customer arising out of or in connection with that Customer's use of the WinnersBet plaform or any of the services provided by WinnersBet.
Without prejudice to any other Rule, the maximum aggregated liability of WinnersBet in respect of any liability arising under or in connection with these rules, howsoever arising (including by way of contract and/or under an indemnity in tort including negligence or any other theory of law) shall be limited to the total amount of the wager giving rise to the dispute.

We reserve the right to void any or all wagers and/or close the Customer Account of any individual or group attempting to defraud WinnersBet by any means including, without limitation, through the manipulation of the 'Official Prices', or the totalisator pools and associated dividends in any jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to, at any time, refuse any bet (or part of any bet) at our sole and absolute discretion and without advance notification, subject only to the Australian Rules of Racing and the Rules of Racing of Racing Victoria. Circumstances in which we may refuse a Customer's bet include but are not limited to where the Customer is, or where we reasonably believe the Customer is:
1. Less than eighteen (18) years of age;
2. Placing the bet on behalf of a person who is or may be less than eighteen (18) years of age;
3. Placing the bet on behalf of a person other than the holder of the Customer Account in which the bet is placed;
4. Using a 'robot' or any other automated process or application to place the bet;
5. In breach of these Rules;
6. In breach of any applicable law;
7. Attempting to take a dividend that has changed since the bet was submitted; and
8. Attempting to place a wager on an event that has closed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bet where that bet was placed at a dividend which is objectively in error including, without limitation, where there is a misplaced decimal point or a match posted with the wrong favourite. In the event that we do elect to cancel such a bet or bets, we will use our best endeavours to notify affected Customers of the cancellation of their bets by email and/or telephone prior to the commencement of the event, however, any failure to do so will not prejudice our right to cancel the bet.
If WinnersBet publishes, posts or quotes any incorrect betting information for any thoroughbred, harness or greyhound racing event or other sporting events, such as posting wrong odds or lines, then regardless of the cause of source of such error WinnersBet has the right to void each members bet.
We reserve the right to restrict a Customer from accessing or withdrawing deposited or accrued funds, and to withhold winnings in respect of successful wagers, where we reasonably suspect that the Customer account has been unlawfully funded including via the misuse or fraudulent use of a Debit card or other payment method. In such circumstances, WinnersBet further reserves the right to report the suspicious banking activity (including the details of the perpetrator) to any relevant authority, and to thereafter temporarily suspend or permanently close the relevant Customer Account/s.
We reserve the right to restrict a Customer from accessing or withdrawing deposited or accrued funds, and to withhold winnings in respect of successful wagers, where we reasonably identify unusual betting patterns. Unusual Betting patterns may include, but not limited to the following
1. Repeated Bets on the same outcome/s by the same individual, or group of individuals otherwise unrelated
2. Unusual Staking of bets
Except as prohibited by law, we reserve the right to close, impose limits on, or remove products from a Customer's Account without the need to provide justification or prior notice.
WinnersBet will levy a monthly administration & management fee in the sum of ten dollars ($10) in respect of inactive accounts. Customer Accounts will be deemed to be inactive if the Customer has not made a deposit or placed a wager for a period of more than six (6) months. A Customer's Account balance will not drop below $0.00 owing to the imposition of the inactive account administration & management fee.
WinnersBet reserves the right to close or suspend the Accounts of, and void any or all bets (wagers) made by any person where, the customer is or is associated with, an employee of a licensed Wagering Service Provider (WSP)
WinnersBet reserves the right to confirm an Account User's proof of residence or location at any time.

Placement & Acceptance of Wagers
1. All wagers placed with WinnersBet are taken to be placed and accepted in the State of Victoria notwithstanding the location of the Customer at the time of submitting a bet request.
2. Event dates and start times as published by WinnersBet are indicative only. Except in the case of 'in-play wagering', wagers will only be accepted on an event until the earlier of:
  1. The advertised start time of the event;
  2. The actual start time of the event; and
  3. Any other time for the closure of betting as specified by WinnersBet.
3. WinnersBet reserves the right to cancel any bet that has been submitted after the commencement of the relevant event.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that WinnersBet rejects only part of a bet, the Client irrevocably consents to the submission and acceptance of the balance of said bet.
Internet Betting
1. Where a Customer has submitted a bet request via the Internet on any of our online wagering channels, said bet is taken to be accepted upon receipt of the confirmation (and accompanying 'Ticket Number') by the Customer.
2. The minimum bet amount able to be placed via WinnersBet's online wagering channels is $1.00.
Telephone Betting
1. Where a Customer submits a bet request via the telephone:
  1. The Customer is wholly responsible for accurately quoting the details of their WinnersBet Customer Account (including their Customer Credentials) to the WinnersBet operator; and
  2. Said bet is taken to be accepted when the confirmation has been provided to the Customer by the WinnersBet operator.
2. In the event that a telephone communication between an WinnersBet representative and a Customer is interrupted (for any reason whatsoever) during the course of said Customer submitting a bet request, any unconfirmed bet will be deemed not to have been accepted and will not stand. In such circumstances, it is the responsibility of the Customer to contact us to either obtain a confirmation of the requested bet, or to re-submit their bet request.
3. WinnersBet will record all telephone communications with Customers including where the Customer is placing a bet, lodging a complaint, or otherwise making a query in respect of their Customer Account. The Customer irrevocably agrees to such recordings being made. If there is dispute between WinnersBet and the Customer regarding a telephone bet or interaction, and that dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, the Customer agrees that the recording/s may be made available to any adjudicator or authority enlisted to resolve the dispute. WinnersBet will retain all voice recordings securely in accordance with our various privacy obligations.
Modification and/or Cancellation of Bets
1. For the avoidance of doubt, WinnersBet Management will not agree to the modification, cancellation or voiding of a standing wager after the commencement of any event to which the relevant wager relates.
2. If any Customer bets are voided pursuant to these Wagering Rules:
  - The amount of the voided bets shall be refunded to the Customer''s Account; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
3. Customers are responsible for the security of their WinnersBet Customer Account, as well as for all of the activity connected to it or conducted within it. Any wagers submitted via the Internet using an WinnersBet Customer Account, or via the Telephone having quoted an WinnersBet Customer's Customer Credentials, will be deemed to have been validly submitted by the relevant Customer and, once accepted, may not be modified, cancelled or voided except at the sole and absolute discretion of WinnersBet Management.
'In-Play' Betting
1. 'In-Play Betting' (a.k.a. Live Betting) refers to a continuous form of betting whereby Customers are able to place bets after the commencement of an event.
2. In compliance with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and other prevailing legislation, we do not accept or allow the submission of in-play wagers via any online wagering channel. All in-play wagers must be placed via the telephone.
3. We do not warrant that we will offer In-Play Betting on every event, or at all.
4. In order to request and/or place an 'in-play' wager, Customers must contact us via telephone to obtain a quote on any available In-Play Betting options.
5. All wagers made 'in-play' shall be subject to the same rules applicable to pre-match wagering on the relevant event unless otherwise stated by WinnersBet Management.
6. In the event that a given market is not suspended before the commencement of the event to which that market relates, WinnersBet reserves the right to void any bets placed via the internet on said event after its advertised start time. Voiding of these bets may take place during the event or retrospectively once an event is completed.
Same Game Multis:

A 'Same-Game Multi' is the combination of two or more interdependent bets within the same match into a single wager. The dividend of a 'Same-Game Multi' bet is derived by multiplying the dividends of each of the individual bets comprising the 'Multi-Leg Bet' and then adjusting it upwards or downwards. The nature and size of this adjustment depends on the level of interdependency and will be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of WinnersBet. In the Event of a leg being voided in the same Game Multi, the bet will stand at the adjusted odds without the voided leg.

'Money Back' Promotions & Other Promotional Products

Eligibility & Rules for Promotional Products, & Fair Use Policy
1. WinnersBet Management reserves the right to, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, determine and/or revoke a Customer's eligibility to receive any WinnersBet promotion for any reason whatsoever. This includes (without limitation) where a Customer is deemed by WinnersBet (at its sole and absolute discretion):
  1. To be abusing a WinnersBet promotion;
  2. To be a non-recreational punter; or
  3. To otherwise be in breach of any of the terms and conditions relating to Bonus Bets or promotional products contained in the WinnersBet Wagering Rules.
2. Owing to the increased prevalence of syndicates taking unfair advantage of wagering promotions, WinnersBet Customers will not be eligible to receive Promotional Products until such time as WinnersBet Management has deemed - at its sole and absolute discretion - that the WinnersBet Customer's wagering activity is both genuinely recreational and legitimate (in the sense that the nominal WinnersBet Account Holder is in fact solely responsible for the opening, funding, use and control of their WinnersBet Customer Account).
3. Without limitation, the following shall constitute an abuse of WinnersBet Promotional Products by a Customer:
  1. Allowing a third party direct or indirect access to the Member's WinnersBet betting account.
  2. Where the Customer's total bets on promotional events or products (either in terms of turnover or number of bets placed) equals or exceeds the Customer''s total bets on non-promotional events or markets. For the purposes of calculating turnover or the number of bets on non-promotional events, only bets placed at a dividend of $1.80 or higher will be taken into consideration.
  3. Where, in the reasonable opinion of WinnersBet, a Customer is creating multiple accounts, or otherwise colluding with multiple account holders, in order to ''stockpile'' promotions or acquire the benefit of more than their prescribed allotment of promotional products.
  4. If a Customer places a wager on two or more of the competitors in an event (either in 'real' cash, Bonus Bets, or a combination of both).
4. Only one WinnersBet Customer per household is eligible for Promotional Products.
5. If WinnersBet Management suspects that WinnersBet Account Holder is part of a syndicate, or otherwise using their WinnersBet Customer Account primarily to generate bonuses or abuse promotional products, WinnersBet Management may, prior to allowing any funds to be withdrawn by that account holder, request evidence to support the fact the account was solely used and funded by the WinnersBet Account Holder, and that there was no interaction with a third party at any time in connection with the opening or funding of the account or the placement of any relevant transactions.
6. WinnersBet reserves the rights to cancel any or suspend any promotional offers at any time, including any previously accrued bonuses or other benefit and make promotional offers unavialable to any customer at any time without providing any reasons or notice.
7. SA Residents Ineligible
Turnover Requirements
1. If a Customer receives a Bonus Bet as a consequence of making a deposit. then that Customer must turn over both the amount deposited twice (2x) and the amount of the Bonus Bet given (1x) before they will be permitted to withdraw funds from their Customer Account
2. The following considerations will be taken into account when determining whether the turnover requirements have been met:
  1. If FIRST Deposit offer (1st January 2024) only turnover at dividends greater than or equal to $1.80 on racing events, or $2 on sporting events, will be deemed eligible turnover.
  2. If Any SUBSEQUENT Deposit offer, only turnover at dividends greater than $1.80, across both racing and sport, will be deemed eligible turnover
  3. Only the first bet on a given race or even shall count towards turnover.
  4. Bonus Bets do not count towards turnover.
  5. If you back two or more of the competitors in an event (either in 'real' cash, Bonus Bets, or a combination of both) then none of the wagers placed in that even shall count towards turnover.
  6. With the exception of bonus winnings, ALL required turnover must be completed prior to wihdrawing funds
3. These terms above are not applicable to South Australian Residents
4. You are not required to turn over any winnings from Bonus Bets prior to withdrawing.
5. If we believe you are match betting/promotional abuse with bonus bets/promotions, we reserve the right to close your account or void all pending bonus bets or winnings at the discretion of the bookmaker. This includes but not limited to placing bets on all likely outcomes of an event, equal or zero margin bets, hedge betting, arbitrage betting. We reservice the right to restrict the use of Bonus Bets to racing products only. Bonus Bets can be placed in any amount on Racing Products or Fixed odds Sports Events (singles only, not multis or exotics) Bonus Bets expires 30 days after their application unless otherwise stated. Bonus Bets are provided at our discretion and can be held back or withdrawn at any time. One Bonus per IP address, per person, account, household, internet connection, computer, mobile device.
6. The decisions of management are final. No correspondence will be entered into
7. If you make a refund/withdrawal request from your account prior to turning over your cash deposit(s), all unused bonus bets or credits, and all pending bets placed using bonus bets will be cancelled and forfieted.
8. Any account created prior to 4th November 2022 are excluded from the First Deposit Offer
'Money Back' Promotions
Without limiting the effect of the rules regarding Promotional Products contained in the previous section above, the following rules apply to specifically WinnersBet's 'Money Back' Promotions:
1. Bets on races with less than five (5) runners will not be eligible for 'Money Back' Promotions.
2. ''Boosted'' bets and Bonus Bets will not be eligible for 'Money Back' Promotions.
3. If a given race has less than eight (8) runners, only the qualifying bets on the horse finishing 2nd will be refunded.
4. The determination as to a Customer''s eligibility for a refund, and the amount of that refund, will be based on that Customer''s FIRST Fixed Odds (Win) bet placed on the relevant race.
5. Notwithstanding the amount of the Customer''s qualifying bet, the amount of the Bonus Bet refund will be limited to $50.
6. Single bets only.
7. Bonus Bets awarded as part of a 'Money Back' Promotion will expire if not used within seven (7) days of being awarded.
8. Only one member per household is eligible for 'Money Back' Promotions, and the account must be solely operated by the account holder in order to be eligible.
9. New Customers are not automatically opted into this promotion and will only qualify once notified that our trading team are satisified that the betting activity is solely recreational and not promotionall focussed. This is also supported by rule 5.A.ii

'WinnersBet Boost'

WinnersBet's 'WinnersBet Boost' feature allows Customers to spend 'WinnersBet Boost' Tokens to increase their dividend on a given bet.
WinnersBet's Wagering Rules apply in respect of 'Boosted' bets, including (without limitation):
1. Trading & event payout limits and other restrictions;
2. Rules regarding the application of deductions as a result of scratchings in racing events; and
3. The 'Dead Heat Rule (Racing)'.
The number or type of 'WinnersBet Boost' Tokens which may be made available to a Customer on any given day may vary and will be issued at the absolute discretion of WinnersBet Management. WinnersBet Management will not enter into any communications regarding the issuance of, or failure to issue, 'WinnersBet Boost' Tokens.
'WinnersBet Boost' Tokens will only be able to be used on 'Fixed Odds (Win)' products (in both Sport and Racing), and only where the 'Boost Token' button appears on a given betting leg within the Betslip. WinnersBet Management hopes to make 'WinnersBet Boost' available on multi-leg and exotic bet types in the near future.
The dividend available to you when you apply your 'WinnersBet Boost' Token will depend upon a range of factors and will be calculated and applied at the absolute discretion of WinnersBet Management.
'WinnersBet Boost' tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by WinnersBet from time to time including Bonus Bets or any bets placed which would qualify members to receive a Bonus Bet. For example, a 'Boosted' bet would not be eligible to be refunded as part of any 'Money-Back' promotion.
In the event that a 'Cash-Out' offer is advanced to a Customer in respect of a bet, the 'Cash-Out' settlement will be based on the original dividend rather than the 'Boosted' dividend.
Fair Use Policy
1. WinnersBet reserves the right to, at any time and at it's sole and absolute discretion:
  1. Change, suspend or terminate the availability of 'WinnersBet Boost' Tokens on any sport or market; and
  2. Exclude any Customer from receiving 'WinnersBet Boost' tokens if WinnersBet Management determines that the Customer is abusing or has abused the promotion.
2. Without limitation, the following shall constitute abuse of the promotion by a Customer:
  1. Allowing a third party direct or indirect access to the Member's WinnersBet betting account; and
  2. Where the Customer's 'Boosted' bets which exceed the value (both in terms of turnover, and number of bets placed) of non-'Boosted' wagers. For the purposes of calculating turnover on non-'Boosted' turnover, only bets placed at a dividend of $1.80 or higher will be taken into consideration.
  3. Where, in the reasonable opinion of WinnersBet, a Customer is creating multiple accounts, or otherwise colluding with multiple account holders, in order to accrue more than their allottment of 'WinnersBet Boost' Tokens.

Protest Payout

WinnersBet Protest Payout will be applied when a horse on which the Customer has placed a bet is first past the post but is ultimately relegated due to an upheld stewards'' protest or enquiry. In the event of an upheld protest, WinnersBet will pay out in respect of both the first past the post and the runner ultimately declared as the official winner.
WinnersBet Protest Payout applies to every Australian Thoroughbred and Harness race.
For the avoidance of doubt, Protest Payout shall only apply in respect of:
1. Bets on horses that are first past the post but later relegated as a result of the protest;
2. The Customer''s first accepted bet on a given runner;
3. Official protests, and will not be applied in the event of the disqualification of a horse including, without limitation, if that horse is disqualified as a result of weighing in ''light'';
4. Fixed Price ''Win Only'' bets Only
5. Valid bets placed on events for which the final field was declared prior to bet placement;
Protest Payout shall not apply in respect of:
1. Bets on horses that originally finished second or third past the post but are relegated out of the placings as a result of a ''minor protest'';
2. Bets placed on pre-post or futures markets; and
3. Special markets, products or bet types including, without limitation, multi-leg bets, exotics, bonus bets, head-to-head betting, odds versus evens and favourite versus field markets, and box/jockey challenge markets;
In the event an official protest is upheld, any ''Run Second to the Favourite'' or similar promotions being run on that race will be void and bonuses not paid.
Subject to the WinnersBet betting rules, the amount of the Protest Payout will be equal to the full return the Customer would have received had the horse been declared the official winner except that the maximum amount paid out to a Customer on account of Protest Payout shall be limited to:
1. Two thousand dollars ($2,000) per Customer per race; and
2. Five thousand dollars ($5,000) per Customer per day.
This product is available for recreational customers only and WinnersBet reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, exclude or limit the eligibility of certain Customers from receiving the benefit of the WinnersBet Protest Payout.
Only the Customer's first bet is eligible for Protest Payout.
If a customer who is not eligible for Protest Payout is credited winnings based on interim results, WinnersBet reserves the right to adjust the account balance upon resettlement of event to reflect the official results. Where resettlement results in a customers available balance being negative (for example, due to re-investing or withdrawing winnings paid), the amount required to return the available balance to zero is immediately due and payable.

Loyalty Rewards Program

Eligibility for the WinnersBet Loyalty Rewards Program
1. The WinnersBet Loyalty Rewards program is a loyalty program in which all WinnersBet Customers are eligible to participate (except for corporate bookmakers).
2. WinnersBet Customers are automatically included in the Loyalty Rewards program upon joining and are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions relating to said program. The terms and conditions of the Loyalty Rewards program shall be read in conjunction with all other terms, conditions and rules promulgated by WinnersBet from time to time.
3. WinnersBet Customers may terminate their participation in the Loyalty Rewards program at any time either by opting out online or by contacting WinnersBet.
4. WinnersBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Rewards program at any time without notice and, if they do so, any Loyalty Rewards Points accrued by Customers may, at WinnersBet's sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and/or expunged.
Accruing Loyalty Rewards Points
1. Customers can view their Loyalty Rewards Points balance in the Benefits tab of the My Account section of the WinnersBet platform.
2. A maximum of 5,000,000 Loyalty Rewards Points can be accrued by an WinnersBet Customer each week. For the purposes of this clause, a week shall be defined as the period running from 12:00am each Sunday to 11:59pm on the following Saturday.
3. There is a Balance Limit of 5,000,000 Loyalty Rewards Points.
4. Any Loyalty Rewards Points accrued in respect of bets or transactions later cancelled for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, at the request of a Customer or owing to the abandonment of an event or scratching of a runner), will be automatically deducted from the Customers's Loyalty Rewards Points Balance.
5. Loyalty Rewards Points may, at the discretion of WinnersBet Management, be annulled or expired if a Customer has not registered a wager with WinnersBet for a continuous period of six (6) months or more.
Redeeming Loyalty Rewards Points
1. Customers may redeem Loyalty Rewards Points at their discretion via the Benefits tab in the My Account section of the WinnersBet platform.
2. Customers can also set-up facility whereby they can automatically redeem Loyalty Rewards Points once their Loyalty Rewards Points balance exceeds the specified automatic redemption figure. The Customer will be automatically credited with a Bonus Bet within thirty (30) minutes of their Loyalty Rewards Points Balance exceeding the automatic redemption figure.
Fair Use Policy
1. WinnersBet reserves the right to, at any time, exclude any from the WinnersBet Loyalty Rewards program if WinnersBet Management determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that the Customer is abusing or has abused the promotion. Without limitation, the following shall constitute abuse of the promotion by a Customer:
  1. Allowing a third party direct or indirect access to the Customer's WinnersBet betting account;
  2. Continually depositing and withdrawing from their account to maximise the accrual of Loyalty Rewards Points.
  3. Depositing a figure far in excess of what is, in the view of WinnersBet Management, reasonably required for betting needs in the account with the intent to generate additional Rewards Points. This is confirmed when funds are withdrawn shortly after turnover has been required for points to generate.
  4. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent either the weekly Loyalty Rewards Points accrual limit or the Loyalty Rewards Points Balance Limit.
2. In the event that a Customer is excluded from the WinnersBet Loyalty Rewards program pursuant to this Fair Use Policy, WinnersBet Management reserves the right to expunge all Loyalty Rewards Points from that Customer's account and expire any Bonus Bets earlier redeemed by the Customer using Loyalty Rewards Points.
Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bets Promotions
1. The following rules regarding Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bets are in addition to, and shall not adversely affect, WinnersBet's other rules regarding Bonus Bets and other promotions.
2. As part of the Loyalty Rewards program, WinnersBet Customers are entitled to redeem $1 in Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bets for every 200 Loyalty Rewards Points that they have accrued.
3. Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bets may be placed on any product except for racing exotics and multi-leg bets.
4. Bets placed using Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bets will not accrue any Loyalty Rewards Points.
5. Where a wager placed using a Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bet is successful, only the winnings portion from that wager will be credited to the Customer's cash balance. The initial stake (which consisted only of a Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bet) will not be returned to the Customer. To clarify by example, if a Customer places a $50 Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bet on a runner at $5 and that runner were to win, the total returns for that wager would ordinarily be $250.00 comprising the initial stake of $50.00 and winnings of $200.00, however, only the winnings of $200.00 will be credited to the Customer's cash balance.
6. In the event that a dead-heat occasions the returns of a wager placed using a Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bet to be less than the initial stake, then no funds will be credited to the Customer's cash balance. To clarify by example, if a Customer places a $50 Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bet on a runner at $1.90 and that runner is involved in a 2-way dead-heat, the total returns for that wager will be $47.50 and therefore no funds will be credited to the Customer's cash balance.
7. Loyalty Rewards Bonus Bets will expire if they are not used within thirty (30) days of redemption by the Customer.

Racing (Thoroughbreds / Harness / Greyhounds)

Racing Wagering Products

WinnersBet may offer the following Wagering Products on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing:

Best Tote + SP	The Customer will receive the greater of: The highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the Victoria TAB and the Queensland TAB; and The 'Official Starting Price'. For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best Tote + SP' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Best of 3 Totes	The Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB. For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best of 3 Totes' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.

Win & Place Tote	The Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB.
Middle Tote	The Customer will receive the median dividend declared by the Victorian TAB, the Victoria TAB and the Queensland TAB.
Fixed Odds	The Customer will receive the dividend available and taken at the time of bet placement. 'Fixed Odds (Win)' and 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends are not subject to fluctuation after acceptance of the wager. Fixed Win & Place odds are available on the WinnersBet website and once confirmed are not subject to fluctuation. For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Fixed Odds' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Top Fluctuation	The Customer will receive the highest dividend forming part of the Official Price fluctuations as posted by the racing authority of the State in which the race is being run.
Multi-Leg Bets	A 'Multi-Leg Bet' (or accumulator) is the combination of two or more bets into a single wager. The dividend of a 'Multi-Leg Bet' is derived by multiplying the dividends of each of the individual bets comprising the 'Multi-Leg Bet'. 'Multi-Leg Bets' may not contain any interdependent legs. WinnersBet accepts 'Multi-Leg Bets' of up to twenty (20) legs, with a maximum dividend of $10,001.00. The maximum payout on any 'Multi-Leg Bet' at WinnersBet is $20,000.00.
Exotics	WinnersBet may offer the following Racing exotic bet types: Quinella Exacta Trifecta First Four; and Quadrella. For all racing exotics, the Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB. See the section hereunder labelled ''Racing Exotics'' for more information on the rules relating specifically to Racing Exotics.

Abandonments & Relocations
1. If a race meeting is abandoned or postponed for any reason whatsoever, WinnersBet may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without regard to the actions or announcements of any TAB, racing authority or other wagering operator, void any standing single and exotic wagers on the abandoned or postponed meeting.
2. If a race meeting is transferred from one location to another, all bets will be voided
Scratchings & Final Acceptances
1. If a runner is scratched following final acceptances and/or the declaration of the final field of a given race:
  1. All wagers that were placed on the scratched runner prior to the declaration of the final field will be deemed to have been taken on an 'All-In' basis and therefore be deemed losing bets;
  2. All wagers that were placed on the scratched runner after the declaration of the final field will be voided;
  3. All 'Fixed Odds' wagers placed after the declaration of the final field on any runners remaining in the field will be subject to a Deduction calculated in accordance with the WinnersBet Schedule of Deductions (see Section 5J).
'Dead Heat' Rule (Racing)
1. In the event of a 'Dead Heat' (i.e. where two or more runners in an event are declared to have finished tied), unless a 'Dead Heat' was an available betting option:
  1. Any 'Fixed Odds' wagers on the tied runners will be paid out at the face value of the relevant wagering ticket divided by the number of runners involved in the Dead Heat; and
  2. Any 'Tote-Based' payouts will be paid out in accordance with the dividends declared by the TABs (which will have been adjusted to account for the 'Dead Heat').
2. For the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of the 'Dead Heat Rule':
  1. Wagers on 'Top Fluctuation' and 'Official Starting Price' products are deemed to be 'Fixed Odds' wagers; and
  2. Any 'Fixed Odds' component of a 'Tote-Derivative' Wagering Product such as, for example, the Official Starting Price component of a 'Best Tote + SP' wager, shall be calculated as if it were a 'Fixed Odds' wager.
Payout Limits (Racing)
1. Unless otherwise agreed or elsewhere stated in writing, the maximum amount that WinnersBet will be obliged to payout to a Customer on any single racing event - notwithstanding the number or amount of wagers placed by that Customer on said event - shall be limited as follows:

3. WinnersBet may elect, at its sole and absolute discretion, to pay a Customer more than the maxima prescribed in the tables set out in this Clause.
'Minimum Bet Limits'
1. The maximum amount that a Customer can stake on any wager will be determined WinnersBet Management on a case-by-case basis having regard to factors such as the level of the event on which the wager is placed and the prevailing market conditions. WinnersBet will attempt to satisfy all bet requests but may reject or partially accept certain bet requests at its discretion, subject only to any 'Minimum Bet Limit' applied by any wagering control authority in the relevant jurisdiction.
2. A number of Australian wagering control bodies prescribe 'Minimum Bet Limits' for the benefit of punters. For events in which a 'Minimum Bet Limit' has been officially prescribed, we must accept any wagers where the Customer's potential profit is below the specified threshold. Some of the Minimum Bet Limits in place are summarised below:

  'Minimum Bet Limits' apply to bets placed after 9:00am on the day of the race meeting, unless the meeting is a night meeting in which event the 'Minimum Bet Limits' take effect at 2:00pm on the day of the race meeting.
'Fixed Odds (Place) ' Betting & Reduced Fields
1. Where there are eight (8) or more runners in a given race, 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends will be paid in respect of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placegetters.
2. Where there are seven (7), six (6) or five (5) runners in a given race, 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends will be paid only in respect of the 1st and 2nd placegetters.
3. Where there are less than five (5) runners in a given race (including where the field is reduced as a result of late scratchings), all 'Fixed Odds (Place)' wagers (including the 'Place' portion of any 'Each-Way' wagers) will be voided.
'Tote' & 'Tote-Derivative' Betting
1. In the event that trading in one or more of the totalisator pools is suspended or interrupted, WinnersBet reserves the right to postpone the resulting of any wager contingent on any of said totalisator pools until such time as the suspension or interruption is resolved.
2. In the event that one of the Australian TAB's returns an elevated dividend owing to their foregoing of their normal take out (whether for promotional reasons or otherwise), WinnersBet reserves the right to exclude or ignore that elevated dividend for the purposes of calculating the payout of any contingent or affected wager.
3. If the total amount of any totalisator pool for any product is less than five hundred dollars ($500.00), WinnersBet may, at it sole and absolute discretion, disregard such totalisator pool in the calculation of any tote-derived dividend.
4. WinnersBet may place a limit on the payout (final odds) where there is an irregular dividend on one or more of the tote pools compared to the SP and other tote dividends. If one price is more than 50% higher than any other price, WinnersBet reserves the right to omit this price(s) from payout calculations. Ie revert to middle tote, or the non-errant tote if both have been manipulated. If all totes have been manipulated, WinnersBet will pay 5% over the closing fixed price dividend.
'Tote-Derivative (Place) ' Betting
1. 'Tote-Derived (Place)' dividends shall be paid in respect of any runner for which the Victorian TAB declares a place dividend.
2. Notwithstanding the dividends declared by any Australian TAB, WinnersBet reserves the right to apply a cap on, and downwardly adjust, any 'Tote-Based (Place)' dividend such that the 'Tote-Based (Place)' dividend of a runner does not exceed the 'Tote-Based (Win)' dividend of said runner (as declared by any of the three TABs).

Racing Exotics

WinnersBet accepts wagers on the following Racing Exotic bet types:

Quinella	A Quinella is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second, irrespective of the specific order in which those runners finished.
Exacta	An exacta is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second in the correct order.
Trifecta	A Trifecta is when the Customer has predicted the three runners that placed first, second and third in the correct order.
First Four	A First Four is when the Customer has predicted the four runners that placed first, second, third and fourth in the correct order.
Quadrella	A Quadrella (or 'Quaddie') is when the Customer has predicted the winners of the four races designated by the Victorian TAB as forming part of the Quadrella.

For all racing exotics, the Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB.
In the event of a 'jackpot':
1. If the Customer has a Unit Stake of greater than 1, the Customer will receive the dividend derived by dividing the amount of the Victorian TAB jackpot by the Customer's Unit Stake; or
2. If the Customer has a Unit Stake of less than 1, the Customer will receive the dividend derived by multiplying the amount of the Victorian TAB jackpot by the Customer's Unit Stake.
In the unlikely event that the Victorian TAB is not offering racing exotics in the location in which the Customer's exotic wager is struck, the Customer will receive the lowest of the dividends declared by the Victoria TAB and Queensland TAB.
In addition to the maximum payouts detailed in Section 5E, WinnersBet further reserves the right to further limit the total payout to a Customer in respect of a successful racing exotics wager if the total amount to be paid out to a Customer would exceed the total amount held in the relevant Victorian TAB pool. In such an event, WinnersBet may, acting in its sole and absolute discretion, limit the total payout to Customers to the total amount held in said Victorian TAB pool.
If a runner forming part of a Customer's exotics selections is either scratched or declared a 'non-runner' after the placement of the wager for Quaddie Bets, that partion of the wager will be transferred to the substitute favourite as declared by SuperTab (Victorian TAB)
If one of the selected runners in a First 4, Trifecta, Quinella and Exacta Bet is declared a "non runner" or is scratched after the wager is confirmed, wagers will be refunded on every combination which includes the scratched runner and the percentage of the dividend remains unchanged.
WinnersBet may place a limit on the payout (final odds) where there is an irregular dividend on one of the 3 official state totes (NSW, VIC, QLD). If MidasBet deem the pool has been been manipulated, an example of this may be where an Exacta pays more than a Trifecta etc- Management reserves the right to be able to pay the dividend at a pool different to the Vic TAB which is in line with the market.
Notwithstanding any of the above, Winnersbet reserves the right to void any or all wagers where WinnersBet reasonably suspects that they have been made by an individual or group of individuals acting together in an attempt to manipulate tote-based dividends

Jockey & Box Challenges
1. Jockey & Box Challenge wagers will be available only on selected meetings and on a 'Win Only' basis.
2. Jockeys / Boxes accrue points in the 'Jockey/Box Challenge' on the basis of three points for a win, two points for finishing second, and one point for finishing third. The jockey/box that accrues the most points will be declared the winner.
3. In the event that two or more jockeys/boxes tie for victory in the Jockey/Box Challenge, the 'Dead Heat Rule (Racing)' will apply.
4. Wagers placed on a jockey/box that does not take part in at least one (1) race in the relevant meeting will be voided.
5. In the event that a race meeting, or any race comprising that meeting, is postponed, abandoned or declared a 'no-race' by stewards, all wagers in a Jockey/Box Challenge market will be voided unless, at the time of the postponement, abandonment or the first declaration of a 'no-race', a jockey/box has a wholly unassailable lead in the Jockey/Box Challenge in which event all wagers (both successful and unsuccessful) will be settled as if the meeting had proceeded to completion.
WinnersBet 'Protest Payout'
1. Subject to the rules set out hereunder in this Clause, an WinnersBet 'Protest Payout' will be made when the horse on which a Customer has placed a bet is first past-the-post but is ultimately relegated due to an upheld protest. In the event of such an upheld protest, WinnersBet will pay out in respect of both the runner that was first past-the-post and the runner ultimately declared as the official race winner.
2. WinnersBet 'Protest Payout' will be offered (only) on all Australian Thoroughbred and Harness races.
3. WinnersBet 'Protest Payouts' will only be made in respect of:
  1. Bets on horses that are first past-the-post but later relegated as a result of an upheld protest;
  2. A Customer's first accepted bet on the affected runner;
  3. Races where the result is changed as the result of an official protests, and will not be applied in the event of the disqualification of a horse including, for example, if the affected horse is disqualified as a result of weighing in light;
  4. 'Win Only' bets, and the 'win' portion of 'Each-Way' bets, on the affected runner; and
  5. Valid bets placed on events for which the final field was declared prior to bet placement.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, WinnersBet 'Protest Payouts' will not be made in respect of:
  1. Bets on horses that originally finished second or third past-the-post but are relegated out of the placings as a result of a 'minor protest';
  2. Bets placed on futures markets or otherwise placed prior to the declaration of the final field; and
  3. Special markets, products or bet types including, without limitation, multi-leg bets, exotics, bonus bets, head-to-head betting, 'Odds-vs-Events' and 'Favourite-vs-Field' markets, and box/jockey challenge markets.
5. In the event of an official protest being upheld, any Customer bets placed in a 'Run Second to the Favourite' (or similar market) on the affected race shall be voided.
6. Subject to the WinnersBet Wagering Rules, the amount of an WinnersBet 'Protest Payout' will be equal the full amount that the Customer would have received but for the upheld protest subject to the following payout limits:
  1. Two thousand dollars ($2,000) per Customer per race; and
  2. Five thousand dollars ($5,000) per Customer per day.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, WinnersBet 'Protest Payouts' will be made (subject to this Clause):
  1. Regardless of the medium through which the Customer placed their bet;
  2. To recreational customers only and WinnersBet reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, exclude or limit the eligibility of certain Customers from receiving the benefit of the WinnersBet 'Protest Payout' promotion.

Sports Betting (General Rules)

The following general rules shall apply to all sports betting via the WinnersBet Platform except where they are inconsistent with any of the provisions applicable to a specific sport, in which event the sport-specific provisions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

'Dead Heat' Rule (Sport)
1. In the event of a 'Dead Heat' (i.e. where two or more competitors/players in an event are declared to have finished tied), unless a 'Dead-Heat', 'Draw', 'Tie' or equivalent market was an available betting option, all fixed price wagers on the tied runners will be paid out at the face value of the relevant wagering ticket divided by the number of runners involved in the Dead Heat.
'Multi-Leg' Bets (Including Same-Game Multis)
1. In the case of 'Multi-Leg' Bets on sporting events, if any leg or legs forming part of the 'Multi-Leg' bet is voided pursuant to these Wagering Rules, the payout in respect of the affected 'Multi-Leg' bet will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, this rule is applicable to 'Multi-Leg' Bets on sporting events only. Different rules are/may be applicable to 'Multi-Leg' Bets on racing events (including 'Same-Race Multis'). For the rules applicable to 'Multi-Leg' Bets on racing events, please refer to Section 6 (Racing (Thoroughbreds / Harness / Greyhounds)) of these Wagering Rules.
'Player' Markets (Markets Based on Player Performance/Statistics)
In the case of 'Player' match markets and match markets based on player statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body. If the results or statistics published on the website of a sports controlling body are modified at any time after the event is initially resulted, Punters Pal reserves the right to re-result any affected Customer bets in accordance with the modified results or statistics.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players as at the commencement of the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. If a Customer's wager is voided in accordance with this Clause, it cannot/will not be reinstated. If a player is subsequently added/restored to the match-day roster, it is the responsibility of the Customer to submit another wager if they wish to bet on the player.
3. Subject to the specific rules relating to the relevant sport, where a player is in the roster of players as at the commencement of the relevant match but does not take the field/court, that player shall be deemed a non-starter and:
  - All single Customer bets on the player shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets (including Same-Game Multis) will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Athletics

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or track meet, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, both competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand. If either of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fail to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be declared 'no-bets' and the amount of the stake will be refunded.
Any competitor that is disqualified from an event due to an infringement such as, for example, a false start or doping violation, will be deemed to have taken part in the event.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of an Athletics event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.

Australian Rules Football (AFL)

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played, in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time'.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is not played, in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time and such a tie occurs:
1. In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all Customer bets will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket; and
2. In the case of 'Margin' betting markets, a 'draw' is always deemed to form part of such markets and accordingly, any Customer bets placed on either team to win by any margin will be deemed losing bets.
Abandoned Matches - If the game is abandoned and not completed within 24 hours, the following rules will apply. Markets will be settled on the official result if one is determined by the AFL. In the case wehre no official result is declared, bets will unequivocally determined will be settled accordingly, while all other bets will be void
Venue Changes: If the venue is changed from the one scheduled all bets on the match will stand, provided the game is not also postponed by more than 48 hours.
Postponed Matches - Where a match is postponed from its original scheduled date, if the game is scheduled within 48 hours of its original time all bets will stand.
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
In the case of Premiership and related markets:
1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
In the case of match betting on a Grand Final that ends in a draw, all Customer bets will be settled at the conclusion of that match and will not be carried over to any subsequent Grand Final replay.
In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.
2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the For & Against Percentage as declared by sports controlling body.
In the case of 'Top Victorian Team', 'Top Non-Victorian Team', or other similar markets:
1. The winner shall be team that finished highest on the competition ladder at the conclusion of the home-and-away season (i.e. the finals series / playoffs are not taken into account).
If two (2) or more teams finish the home-and-away season with the same number of competition points, the the team with the superior For & Against Percentage (as declared by sports controlling body) will be declared the winner.
Premiership/Minor Premiership/Make Grand Final: All In Betting. Any Team which has Points Deducted due to breaches of rules and regulations will be Deemed A Starter for resulting purposes. Any loss of Awards/Premierships after the completion of the Grand Final will be deemed null and void and all bets will stand.
Player Most Disposals (Group), Most SuperCoach/AFL Fantasy Points (Group) and Most Goals - Bets refunded if the player not in the starting 22.
MultiBet: If one or more of your legs are voided in your Multi bet, that leg will be voided and odds re-calculated on the remaining legs

Baseball

A baseball match shall be considered an 'official match' if:
1. Five (5) innings of play have been completed; or
2. The home team is leading after the completion of the 'top' of the 5th inning.
In the case of 'Money Line' betting, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis on the official result of the match as declared by the relevant sports controlling body.
In the case of 'Run Line' betting, in order for Customer bets to stand:
1. At least nine (9) innings of play must have been completed; or
2. The home team must have been leading after the completion of the 'top' of the 9th inning.
In the case of 'Run Totals' betting, in order for Customer bets to stand:
1. The Runs Totals threshold must have been exceeded; or
2. At least nine (9) innings of play must have been completed; or
3. The home team must have been leading after the completion of the 'top' of the 9th inning.
Except where a Customer''s bet is on a 'Run Totals' market, if starting pitchers have been nominated in the relevant market and either of the nominated starting pitchers withdraw from the matching before throwing a pitch:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
Where starting pitchers have not been nominated in a given market, then the withdrawal of either starting pitcher shall not be relevant to the resulting of that market.
Postponed/Cancelled Matches: If a game does not start on the day of the officially fixtured start time as stated by the relevant league's governing body, due to a rain delay or other similar events, all bets will be voided.
Temporaily Suspended Matches: If a game is suspended (already commenced) and continued to a conclusion the following day (local time) then all bets will stand. If a suspended game is resumed more than 36 hours after the original start time, all existing bets will be voided unless they have been unequivocally determined prior to the games suspension
In the case of 'First Half' markets:
1. The winner will be the team that is leading after the completion of five (5) innings of play;
2. Five (5) innings must be played to completion in order for Customer bets to stand; and
3. If the scores are level after the completion of five (5) innings of play, the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket.
In the case of 'First Innings' markets, both teams must complete their respective first innings 'at-bats' in order for Customer bets to stand.
In the case of 'Home vs Away' markets for a given day''s play including, for example, 'Home vs Away - Winning Side' or 'Home vs Away - Total Runs' markets, all Customer bets shall be voided - regardless of whether the Total Runs threshold has been exceeded - if any match on that day is cancelled, postponed or does not otherwise reach its natural conclusion (after at least eight (8) and a half innings of play have been completed.
In the case of matches that are scheduled for seven (7) innings (or any other period less than nine (9) innings) such as, for example, the first match in a double-header of the Australian Baseball League, all innings must be completed in order for bets to stand.
Extra Innings; Extra innings, where applicable count for sttlement purposes.
8.5 Innings Rule (Excludes Spring Training): All markets, unless otherwise stated, require a minimum of 9 innings play for bets to stand (8.5 innings should the Home Team be ahead)
For settlement purposes, the team listed second in the event name is considered the Home Team, even if the game takes place at a neutral venue.Example, "Team A v Team B" or "Team A at Team B", Team B is the Home Team. For all MLB games inclusive of playoffs, in the event of a venue change - all bets are void unless unequivocally determined.

Basketball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis on the official result of the match as declared by the relevant sports controlling body, which result will include any overtime played unless otherwise expressly stated.
In order for Customer bets to stand, a match must run to the completion of 'normal' time except where overtime is required to be played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, in which event the match must run until the completion of overtime.
Player Performance Markets: All bets stand once a player takes the court, irrespective of game time played and final totals will be inclusive of overtime. Should a player not take any part, all bets will be void. For series related props the same rules apply.
The Push Rule applies for all markets where a draw/tie price is not offered. The stakes on a single bet is returned and the selection is treated as a non runner in any multiple bets.
MultiBet: If one or more of your legs are voided in your Multi Bet, that leg will be voided and odds re-calculated on the remaining legs.
Abandoned/Cancelled Matches: Should the play be suspended in any NBA game and subsequently not fully completed (48 mins play) within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all wagers will be void unless the outcome of a specific market/selection has already been determined
Postponed Matches - In the event a match is postponed, all bets will be void unless the postponed match is played on the same day as originally scheduled.
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'First Quarter' or 'First Half' markets, if the teams are tied at the conclusion of the relevant quarter or half, the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket.

Boxing

Should a contest be postponed, bets will stand for 48 hours.
If a bout is postponed to a date which is more than 48 hours then:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the decision of the officially designated judges for the bout.
In the case of a market for which a dividend is offered for the 'draw', all Customer bets on either boxer to win the bout will be losing bets if the bout is declared to be a draw except where the fight is declared a 'technical draw' (such as, for example, where the referee has determined that a fighter is unable to continue owing to an accidental injury, cut or foul) in which event the bout will be declared a'no-contest' and:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Pick-the-Round' betting, if a boxed fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended during in the previous round.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed after the market for a fight is opened for betting:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a round is stopped prior to the official sounding of the bell signifying the end of that round, the round will not be deemed a 'full round' for the purposes of any betting market.
In the case of a 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' markets:
1. The 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure represents the number of completed rounds.
2. Where there is a fractional 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure (eg. "Over/Under 4.5 Rounds"):
  - The half-way point of a three (3) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds of that round has elapsed; and
  - The half-way point of a two (2) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute of that round has elapsed.

Cricket

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the cricket board responsible for the administering / hosting the event or, if the event is privately run, the organisation responsible for administering / hosting the event.
In the case of 'Test Match' cricket:
1. If the match finishes in a Tie (as opposed to a Draw):
  - All Customer bets on either team to win will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket; and
  - All Customer bets on the Draw will be losing bets.
2. If a match is officially abandoned owing to dangerous pitch conditions, then all undecided Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Limited Overs' cricket of any kind:
1. If the match finishes in a Tie, all Customer bets on either team to win will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket except where there exists an applicable tie-breaker method (for example, 'Most Boundaries' or a 'Super-Over', 'Bowl-Off' or other similar method), in which event all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the outcome of the tie-breaker. For the avoidance of doubt, all cricket exotics markets will be resulted prior to the conduct of any tie-breaker.
2. If the match is declared a 'No-Result', all Customer bets on the event shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
3. If a 'reserve day' is utilised and no play has been completed prior to the 'reserve day', all Customer bets will stand provided that the match is commenced within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time.
4. If a 'reserve day' is utilised and some play has been completed prior to the 'reserve day', all Customer bets will stand provided that:
  - The match is re-commenced within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time; and
  - The match re-commences at the exact point at which it was suspended and is played under the same conditions with respect to number of overs to be bowled.
  If the above conditions are not met (including if the match is wholly restarted on a new day or if the match is shortened when it recommences on the 'reserve day'), all Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'In-Play' bets placed on an 'Innings Total Runs' market, if the innings does not last for at least the length specified in the Event Betting Rule attached to the market, then all Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer except where the Totals threshold has already been exceeded, in which event Customer bets will have already been resulted. For the avoidance of doubt, this rule supersedes any other condition set out in these Wagering Rules regarding pre-match wagers.
Bets on Domestic First Class matches (4 or 5 day matches) will be paid on most points by team.
Shortened Matches - Most Wickets and Most Runs
1. In the case of 'Limited Overs' cricket, if a match is shortened owing to the intervention of rain (or by reason of any other form of delay) at any time after the successful placement of a bet, all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) if:
  - The innings is shortened by one (1) over or more in an innings originally scheduled for twenty (20) overs or less; or
  - The innings is shortened by two (2) over or more in an innings originally scheduled for more than twenty (20) overs.
2. In the case of 'Test Match' cricket, if a match is shortened owing to the intervention of rain (or by reason of any other form of delay) at any time after the successful placement of a bet, all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) unless a ball has been bowled in the third innings of the match in which event the all affected Customer bets shall stand.
3. For the avoidance of doubt:
  - If the innings is shortened by less than the above periods then all affected Customer bets shall stand.
  - If the outcome of any Customer bets is already decided prior to the interruption of play / shortening of the match, and no further play could possibly change the outcome of said bets, then those Customer bets will be resulted accordingly.

Cycling

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of an event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.
Any rider that crosses the starting line is deemed to have taken part in the event.
Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or track meet, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. All competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
2. If any of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fails to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Team Matchup' markets, all nominated riders of each team must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
Any competitor that is disqualified from an event after the commencement of that event due to an infringement such as, for example, a false start or doping violation, will be deemed to have taken part in the event.

Darts

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the by the tournament organiser.
If a match is postponed bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled and takes place the following day
Line Betting will be either Leg score or Set score depending upon the official scooring for that tournament
If less than three (3) legs of a match are completed:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

ESports

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the broadcaster, event organizer or game publisher responsible for administering the event or tournament of which the match forms part.
If a match is postponed to a date which is within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than forty-eight (48) hours after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
A match is deemed to have started upon the earlier of:
1. The starting of the 'in-game clock'; and
2. The occurrence of any action that influences gameplay such as, for example, picks, bans, weapon purchases and other similar actions.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time that Customer bets are settled is the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is overturned or amended by the changed by the broadcaster, event organizer or game publisher responsible for administering the event or tournament of which the match forms part.
In the case of 'Series' betting such as 'Best of 3' or 'Best of 5' markets, if one or more of the matches / maps are not played due to an unconditional outcome then all Customer bets in respect of the specific match / map that is not played shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Best of 1' markets, if the match finishes in a draw:
1. The 'Dead-Heat' Rule will apply in respect of all Customer bets on 'Head-to-Head' markets; and
2. All other markets will be paid according to the standard rules.
If a team's roster is changed prior to the start of an event, all Customer bets on that team will stand provided that the team retains the full compliment of players.
If a player withdraws prior to the start of a match:
1. All single Customer bets on the relevant player shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Golf

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the tournament organiser.
If a player does not tee-off in a given tournament:
1. All single Customer bets on that player shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a player is not officially awarded a score for a completed round by the tournament organiser, they are deemed to have not completed that round.
If a player is officially awarded a score for a completed round by the tournament organiser, they are deemed to have completed the round regardless of whether they have subsequently been disqualified by the tournament organiser or have otherwise retired or withdrawn.
In the case of 'Each-Way' and other 'non-Winner' markets (eg. 'Top 5' or 'Top 10' markets):
1. Customer bets will not be resulted until after the officially designated number of regulation holes have been completed by all players (except for those players that have retired or otherwise been officially withdrawn or disqualified).
2. The 'Dead Heat' Rule will apply for players that are tied for the bottom position. For instance, if 6 players are tied for the lead after the completion of all regulation holes, Customers who have had a bet in a Top 5 market will be paid 5/6ths of the face-value of their ticket.
In the event that a tournament is shortened for any reason whatsoever, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the standard rule regardless of the number of rounds ultimately played, except for any Customer bets after the placement of which there is no further play. Any such bets will:
1. Be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a tournament is postponed to, or suspended or temporarily abandoned but nevertheless completed by, a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time or the time at which the tournament commenced (as the case may be), all Customer bets on that tournament shall stand.
If a tournament is postponed to, or suspended or temporarily abandoned and not completed by, a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time or the time at which the tournament commenced (as the case may be), the tournament will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the tournament shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Tournament-based Head-to-Head' or 'Group' markets:
1. If any of the players within the match-up or group fail to complete at least thirty-six (36) holes, all Customer bets on the market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. Play-off holes / rounds are not taken into account when resulting the event.
In the case of 'Round-based Match-Up / Head-to-Head' markets, if any of the players in the market fail to complete eighteen (18) holes, all Customer bets on the market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Round-based Group' markets, if any of the players in the market fail to complete eighteen (18) holes:
1. The winner will be the player within the given market that completes the most holes; or
2. If all players within the given market have completed the same number of holes, the winner will be the player (among those that have completed the greatest number of holes) that has the lowest score.
In the case of 'Round Leader' markets (i.e. betting on a certain player to lead at the end of a Round), the Round must be wholly completed in order for Customer bets to stand. For clarity, a Round is wholly completed when all players who started the Round have completed eighteen (18) holes or have been officially withdrawn or disqualified from tournament.
In the case of 'Make / Miss the Cut' markets:
1. If a player fails to complete at least thirty-six (36) holes, all Customer bets on that player will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
2. A player is deemed to have made the 'Cut' if the player is eligible to play in the round after the 'Cut' is made even if that player chooses not to continue playing for whatever reason.

Gridiron

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match (including any overtime periods).
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the event of an abandoned game bets stand on scores that have taken place already, overtime counts for these markets.
MultiBet: If one or more of your legs are voided in your Multi Bet, that leg will be voided and odds re-calculated on the remaining legs.

Handball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match (excluding any overtime periods).
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Ice Hockey

In the case of matches in the American National Hockey League:
1. All Customer bets will, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Wagering Rules or in the event betting rules) be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the NHL after the conclusion of the match including any overtime periods and/or penalty shootouts; and
2. In the event that a penalty shootout takes place, only one (1) goal will be awarded to the team that wins the shootout regardless of the number of penalties actually converted by either team.
Notwithstanding anything else contained in the Ice Hockey Wagering Rules, all Customer bets placed in a 'Regulation Winner' or '3rd Period' market will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
All proposition markets are graded on the inclusion of regulation and overtime, unless otherwise explicitly stated that markets are for specified period or 60 minutes. Player shoot out attempts/statistics do not contribute unless market specifically states shootouts.

Mixed Martial Arts

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the decision handed down by the officially designated judges for the relevant bout.
If a bout is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that bout shall stand.
If a bout is postponed to a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time, the bout will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of a market for which a dividend is offered for the 'Draw', all Customer bets on either fighter to win the bout will be losing bets if the bout is declared to be a draw, except where the fight is declared a 'technical draw' (such as, for example, where the referee has determined that a fighter is unable to continue owing to an accidental injury, cut or foul) in which event the bout will be declared a'no-contest' and:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Pick-the-Round' betting, if a fighter fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended during in the previous round.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed after the market for a fight is opened for betting:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a round is stopped prior to the official sounding of the bell signifying the end of that round, the round will not be deemed a 'full round' for the purposes of any betting market.
In the case of a 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' markets:
1. The 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure represents the number of completed rounds.
2. Where there is a fractional 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure (eg. "Over/Under 4.5 Rounds"):
  - The half-way point of a three (3) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds of that round has elapsed; and
  - The half-way point of a two (2) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute of that round has elapsed.
In the case of 'Decision (No-Bets)' markets, if the fight does not go the full distance or is decided by any means other than 'knock-out', 'technical knock-out', 'disqualification', or 'submission' then:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Motor Racing

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport's controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests and/or technical violations.
Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection is a non-starter or otherwise retires, withdraws, or is disqualified prior to or during the course of a race weekend.
Any driver / rider that crosses the starting line is deemed to have taken part in the event.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. All competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
2. If any of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fails to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of betting on 'Pole Position' markets:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of:
  - The finishing order in the third qualifying session (i.e. 'Q3'); or
  - If 'Q3' is not completed, then the finishing order of the second qualifying session (i.e. 'Q2'); or
  - If 'Q2' and 'Q3' are not completed, then the finishing order of the first qualifying session (i.e. 'Q1').
2. In the event that no qualifying sessions are completed:
  - All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Driver / Rider Retirement' markets:
1. In order for a driver / rider to be deemed to have 'retired' from a race, they must have crossed the start-finish line on the first lap of the race; and
2. In the event that multiple drivers / riders retire on the same lap of a race, the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply.
'Virtual Safety Cars' are not considered safety cars for the purposes of betting on 'Safety Car' markets.

Netball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match, which shall include any overtime periods unless otherwise expressly stated in these Netball Wagering Rules.
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
All 'Margin' and 'Half-Time / Full-Time Doubles' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any overtime periods will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, the 'Dead-Heat Rule' will apply if the match finishes in a 'Draw'.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Rugby League

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the sports controlling body on their website.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time' unless otherwise stated in these Rugby League Wagering Rules.
In the case of any 'Head-to-Head' market that does not contain an option to bet on a 'Draw' (or equivalent), the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply in the event of a draw.
All 'Margin', 'Half-Time / Full-Time Double', 'Normal Time', and 'Second Half' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any 'extra-time' will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
In the case of 'Tryscorer' markets:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sports controlling body.
2. In the event that a 'penalty-try' is awarded:
  - If no player is credited with scoring the 'penalty-try' on the official website of the sports controlling body, then this try will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any Player Tryscorer bets.
  - If the first try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try' and no player is credited with said 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second try of the match will be deemed the first tryscorer for the purposes of a 'First Tryscorer' market.
  - If the last try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try' and no player is credited with said 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second to last try of the match will be deemed the last tryscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Tryscorer' market.
''Player Performance'' points are awarded as follows: 1pt Tackle, 4pts per point scored, 10pts Try Assist, 5pts Line Breadk, 0.1pts per run metre.
In the case of Premiership and related markets:
1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.
2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the For & Against Percentage as declared by sports controlling body.
In the case of a 'Halfway Leader' market:
1. The winner will be the team that is leading the competition prior to the commencement of the first match of the first round after the halfway point of the season unless a specific round is nominated as being the half-way point of the season, in which event the winner will be the team that is leading the competition prior to the commencement of the first match of the specifed round.
2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the Total Points For & Against as declared by sports controlling body, and the team with the highest differential will be deemed the winner.
In the case of 'Top NSW Team', 'Top Non-NSW Team', or other similar markets:
1. The winner shall be team that finished highest on the competition ladder at the conclusion of the home-and-away season unless one or more of the teams in the relevant market qualify for the finals series or playoffs, in which event the winner shall be the team that progresses furthest in said finals series or playoffs or wins the Grand Final.
2. In the event that multiple teams are eliminated at the same stage of the finals series or playoffs, the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply.
In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
Postponed Matches: Where a match is postponed from its original scheduled date, if the game is rescheduled within 48 hours of its original time all bets will stand. Otherwise,bets will be void.
Abandoned Matches: If the game is abandoned and not completed within 24 hours, the following rules will apply. Markets will be settled on the official result if one is determined by the NRL. In the case wehre no official result is declared, bets will be uneequivocally determined will be settled accordingly while all other:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
Venue Changes: If the venue is changed from the one advertised all bets on that match stand.
Multi Bet: If one or more of your legs are voided in your multi bet, that leg will be voided and odds re-calculated on the remaining legs.
Handicap/Line and Totals: Bettings where the value selected is a whole number (e.g. 6.0) and the result lands on that number, then all wagers related to that line number will be refunded, and any such bet will be deemed an excluded leg for the purpose of any applicable MultiBet, which will be recalculated excluding that leg. The same rules apply for State of Origin and any other Rugby League match where extra time is played

Rugby Union

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final results officially declared on the official website of the relevant sports controlling body.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time' unless otherwise stated in these Rugby League Wagering Rules.
In the case of any 'Head-to-Head' market that does not contain an option to bet on a 'Draw' (or equivalent), the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply in the event of a draw.
All 'Margin', 'Half-Time / Full-Time Double', 'Normal Time', and 'Second Half' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any 'extra-time' will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
In the case of 'Tryscorer' markets:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sports controlling body.
2. In the event that a 'penalty-try' is awarded:
  - If no player is credited with scoring the 'penalty-try' on the official website of the sports controlling body, then this try will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any Player Tryscorer bets.
  - If the first try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second try of the match will be deemed the first tryscorer for the purposes of a 'First Tryscorer' market.
  - If the last try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second to last try of the match will be deemed the last tryscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Tryscorer' market.
  - If seven (7) points are awarded to the team that scored the 'penalty-try' (without their being required to make their conversion attempt), then the relevant 'penalty-try' will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any 'Try Conversion' market. In such a scenario, the outcome of any 'Try Conversion' market will be determined on the basis of the outcome of the next 5-point try in the match where a conversion is attempted.
In the case of Premiership and related markets:
1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
In the case of betting on the 'Six Nations' tournament:
1. The 'Grand Slam' refers to one team defeating all other teams in the competition.
2. The 'Triple Crown' refers to one of England, Scotland, Ireland or Wales defeating all three other teams in the competition.
3. For the purposes of betting on either the 'Grand Slam' or the 'Triple Crown', draws are not considered victories.
In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.

In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
Where a match is incomplete, abandoned or postponed and resumed or played within 48 hours of the original scheduled date, all wagers stand. Once the 48 hours have expired all single wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. If a game has started and is abandoned before the completion of the match (i.e. 80 minutes) bets will be void unless and official result is declared by those teams' governing body in which case official result will govern match and handicap settlement. All other markets will be void unless their result is already decided.

Snooker

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the sports controlling body or tournament organiser officiating the match.
In order for Customer bets to stand, both players must start the match on which a given bet was placed and the match must run to completion.
Cancelled Matches: In the event of a match not taking place or is cancelled, bets on this match are deemed voided and wagers will be refunded.
Postponed & Incomplete Matches: Where a match is incomplete or postponed and resumed or played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time all wagers stand. All bets placed on games played outside 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be void. Once the 48 hours have expired all single wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected Multibets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg

Soccer

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of 'normal time', which shall include any injury / stoppage time added by the referee but expressly excludes any overtime periods or penalty shootout unless otherwise stated in these Soccer Wagering Rules.
If a match does not run for two halves of forty-five (45) minutes (plus any incidental injury / stoppage time added by the referee) and there is no express reference to an alternative playing time in the event betting rule:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a match starts but is later abandoned, all undetermined bets will be voided as long as the match is not played to a finish before midnight local time on its scheduled date.
All bets placed on soccer are based on the result at the end of regular time (including stoppage time i.e. 90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless otherwise specified. The only exceptions are for matches that are played for a lesser duration (e.g. 60, 70 or 80) as agreed by the laws of the competition in which they are competing or agreed by both sides prior to kick-off. In such cases, if the match is played in the traditional format of two halves, all bets will be settled at the end of the agreed game length is advertised or not. If the game is played in an unusual format (e.g. 3 or 4 periods) then all half markets will be voided but all other markets will be settled on the basis of the score at the end of the match (including any time added on by the referee or stoppages).
If a match is postponed, bets on that match will be void unless it kicks-off before midnight local-time on the same day. Games which have their kick-off altered well in advance to accomodate live TV, or to ease fixture congestion will not constitute a postpoement.
For major tournaments (such as the World Cup), if a game is delayed beyond midnight local time, all bets will stand and be settled once the game is played, as long as the game is played to a finish within 72 hours.
All injury/stoppage time goals will be counted as either 45th minute for injury/stoppage time at the end of the first half or 90th minute for injury/stoppage time at the end of the second half
Bets on half-time result are settled on the result of a match at half-time including all injury and stoppage time.
Own goals are included for the total number of goals and are counted toward the team the goal was awarded to.
The goal minutes market is resulted on the time in minutes when each goal is scored. For example a goal scored at 23mins 25seconds will be settled as the 24th minute.
In the case of 'Tournament Winner', 'To Progress to Next Round', and other similar markets, the winner will be determined based on the result at the conclusion of a match or series or matches including any overtime periods or penalty shootouts.
Only bookings in regular time (i.e. 90 mins play plus any stoppage time) count.
1. There are times when managers, coaches and players on the bench are shown yellow or red cards. Below is a breakdown of how WinnersBet settles cards and bookings markets.
2. Most importantly, please note that bookings will only count for players taking part in the match. Bookings of managers, coaches or off the field of play will not count.
3. Both yellow and red cards count for booking markets. If a player is shown 2 yellow cards (and therefore a red card) or a player is shown a yellow followed by a straight red card it will be settled as a total of 2 cards
4. Any bookings made during halftime will count; however, bookings made after the final whistle in regular time do not count.
In the case of 'Goalscorer' markets (including, without limitation, 'First Goalscorer', 'Last Goalscorer', 'Anytime Goalscorer'):
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sports controlling body.
2. If a given match finishes scoreless, all Customer bets on a 'Goalscorer' market will be deemed losing bets.
3. In the event that an 'own-goal' is scored:
  - The 'own-goal' will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any Goalscorer bets.
  - If the first goal scored in a match is a 'own-goal', the player that scores the second goal of the match will be deemed the first goalscorer for the purposes of a 'First Goalscorer' market.
  - If the last goal scored in a match is a 'own-goal', the player that scores the second to last goal of the match will be deemed the last goalscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Goalscorer' market.
  - If the only goal or goals scored in a match are 'own-goals', then all Customer bets on a 'Goalscorer' market will be deemed losing bets.
In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that does not take the field in the relevant match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.

Surfing

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Each-Way' bets into 'outright winner' markets, all Customer bets on a surfer that is eliminated at the semi-final stage of an event shall be resulted in accordance with the ''Dead-Heat'' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, if any surfer listed in the market fails to enter the water during the relevant heat then:
- All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
- The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.

Swimming

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or swim meet, or is otherwise a non-starter. For the avoidance of doubt, any swimmer that is disqualified owing to a sporting infringement - such as, for example, a false start - shall be deemed to have taken part in the event from which they were disqualified.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of a Swimming event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the relevant sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.

Table Tennis

In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. If the first set of a given match is completed then all Customer bets shall stand and the player that progresses to the next round (or is awarded the match by the umpore) shall be deemed the winner for the purposes of resulting Customer bets; and
2. If the first set of a given match is not completed owing to (without limitation) the disqualification or withdrawal of one of the players, then:
  - All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
In the case of 'Handicap', 'Line', 'Totals' or any additional markets:
1. If the match does not run to its complete conclusion, including owing to the disqualification, retirement or withdrawal of one of the players, then:
  - All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
A matched will be deemed to have begun once the first serve has been struck.
Abandoned/Cancellations/Changes of Venues: In the event of a match not taking place, or taking place at a different venue, bets on that match will be void.
Walkovers: If a player is given a walkover, bets on match are voided.
Delayed/Postponed Matches: In the event of a match being cancelled or not, taking place within 48 hours of a scheduled start time or if a player is given a walkover, bets on this match are deemed void. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that match.

Tennis

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the sports controlling body or tournament organiser officiating the match.
A Tennis match is deemed to have started with the first serve of the match.
In the event of a 'walk-over' (i.e. the withdrawal or disqualification of, or other forfeiture by, a player prior to the commencement of a match), all Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
In the event that there is a change in the number of sets scheduled to be played in a given match:
1. All 'Head-to-Head' match bets and bets related exclusively to the outcome of the 1st Set shall stand; and
2. All other Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such outright markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament, or is otherwise a non-starter.
Any market that has reached an absolute result, prior to the retirement, will be deemed a fully valid bet and paid to that result.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. Match must run to full completion or bets will be refunded
In the case of 'Handicap', 'Line', 'Totals', 'Set Betting' or any additional markets not specifically referenced in these Tennis Wagering Rules:
1. If the match does not run to its complete conclusion (including owing to the disqualification, retirement or withdrawal of one of the players) then, unless the outcome of any Customer bets is already decided prior to the cessation / interruption of play and no further play could possibly change the outcome of said bets, then:
  - All Customer bets on said markets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
In the case of '1st Set Score' or '1st Set Winner' markets, all Customer bets will be finalised upon the completion of the 1st Set regardless of whether the remainder of the match is completed.
In the case of 'Number of Sets' markets:
1. In a '3-Set match', if a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned:
  - Before the completion of the 2nd Set, then all Customer bets on the market shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs;
  - After the completion of the 2nd Set (with the match having entered or about to enter a 3rd Set), then for the purposes of resulting Customer bets on the market it will be deemed that there were three (3) sets played.
2. In a '5-Set match', if a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned:
  - Before the completion of the 4th Set, then all Customer bets on the market shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs;
  - After the completion of the 4th Set (with the match having entered or about to enter a 5th Set), then for the purposes of resulting Customer bets on the market it will be deemed that there were five (5) sets played.
In the case of 'Will There Be A Tie Breaker' markets:
1. If a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned, prior to the commencement of a 'tie breaker', then:
  - All Customer bets on said markets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
2. If a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned, after the commencement of a 'tie breaker', then all Customer bets on said markets will be paid out on the basis that a tie breaker was played.
In the case of 'Exhibition' or 'Non-Tournament' matches only:
1. If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
2. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
  - All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Volleyball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match (excluding any overtime periods). For the avoidance of doubt, the outcome of any 'Golden Set' or other tie breaker (including any points accrued therein) will not be taken into account when resulting any volleyball match markets.
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
Postponed & Cancelled Matches: If a match is cancelled or postponed to a different date, bets on this match are deemed void
Abandoned Matches: Should a match be abandoned all markets will be voided unless the outcome has been unequivocally decided

Yacht Racing / Sailing

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or race, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, if any vessel listed in the market fails to start the relevant event / heat then:
- All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
- The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of a Sailing / Yacht Racing event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the relevant sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or technical violations.

Betslip

Empty Betslip
